I recently shipped my corvette from phoenix where I purchased the car to Yakima Washington. I was expecting the car to be on an open trailer if it shipped at all. Jeff told me that they were having trouble getting cars to ship out of Phoenix recently and that they would not pick up the car and take it to a storage lot and let it sit, which I was glad to hear. I figured worst case, the 10 day window would go by and I would fly down and pick it up. Fortunately after only 4 days or so I got a call that there would be a truck picking it up the following day and that it would be to Yakima by that Sunday. It arrived Saturday morning on an enclosed trailer which was a nice surprise. No damages, no unpleasant surprises and it was even fairly clean when it showed up. Not sure if the covered trailer was a fortunate coincidence or if cascade went the extra mile, but either way I am very satisfied with the results.
