When I called Taylor to inquire about shipping my Challenger from Texas to Oregon, she answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. She alleviated all my concerns about whether the vehicle would leave the enclosed carrier throughout the trip (it would not), whether there was any insurance coverage for the vehicle while in transit (there was), and how the billing was handled. She was professional, courteous and responsive. I would definitely call Taylor @ Cascade if I had needed to ship another vehicle. Thanks again Taylor!
