Car was delivered without scratches or damages! Unfortunately, the car arrived later than the agreed upon date and there was no word from the company. I had to do some calling and chasing to figure out what happened. The actual delivery went smoothly.

Dropping off the car at the dock, I did discover that the company did not drop my payment to Matson and had to wait 45 minutes for them to do so. I also did not get the promised call back from the company notifying me that the transaction had been completed. In that aspect, I would rate their customer service as a B. Other than that, staff was generally helpful and they delivered my car safe and sound.

Unfortunately we have no control over delays with the trucking companies. I did send you emails whenever I knew a status update however even if I did not call. We actually do not normally pay for the vessel until the day before of the day you are dropping off to make sure that everything is still going to happen. The last thing we want to do is pay for your shipment and then at the last second something happens and you can not drop at the port. I am sorry that you were a little uphappy with your service and hope you will consider us again in the future where we can show you again perhaps in a better way that you should choose Cascade.
