My name is Jennifer, and when I contacted Cascade Vehicle Shipping in December, I got what I considered to be knowledgeable information about transporting a vehicle. I have never shipped a vehicle anywhere, and as my first time, I felt comfortable knowing that the representatives in this company cared about potential customers and their worries. We got a quote of $935.00. $720 the $935 would go to the drivers and $215 would go to Cascade Vehicle Shipping. Considering that this is our only car and we have two young children, we thought it seemed reasonable to put this money towards shipping our car.
My husband is in the Marine Corp and we had gotten orders to relocate in 29palms California. We got in contact a young lady by the name of Kimberly, she was a very helpful agent who returned our call at a prompt times, answered all our questions and was good at communicating with us. She seemed to put every effort to help our military move as far as our car's shipment went, to be as worry free as possible. I recall she was ill with a cold, nearly losing her voice and still helped us get our car on its way to California. We would recommend this company to others in similar situations as ours, and we will keep them in mind when and if we get relocated to the east coast in the future.
