After reading reviews on this site, I asked for several quotes from different highly rated companies. While I did receive some e-mails, Kimberly from Cascade was the only one who took the time to call me. This is my first time shipping a car, and I did not know a lot about it. She answered all of my questions big and small, and helped me figure out when to ship the car so I would receive it on time. And she even made clear in my quote that I need the vehicle on a specified date because I am having foot surgery and will need the vehicle as soon as I arrive in Los Angeles. Obviously it's not a 100% guarantee due to acts of nature, but some that I corresponded with on e-mail would not even attempt to be so specific. I have not had the car picked up or delivered yet, so I can't comment on the actual delivery service, but the customer service thus far has been phenomenal.
