Deb, Unfortunately we were unable to find you a truck at the original quoted price. We quoted this back on the 30th of April. Our quotes are only good for 10 days as it states in our terms and conditions. We did everything we could to continue to honor that price. We did find you a carrier, unfortunately they wanted more money. We actually put some of our fee into that to help out in any way that we can, so we ended up deducting 65 from our fee to try to help out. We have done everything that we can. We are sorry that you had to pay alittle more than orignally quoted, but we have done the best that we can. We worked for free for you until the vehicle was picked up, and then made less than what we originally quoted for our services, so we feel like we have done everything we can to help you get the vehicle to its destination.
