Cascade did a great job handling the details of my move. My service rep, Taylor Sullivan, stayed in contact with me through every step of the process. Taylor contacted me immediately after putting the order in online. Within a day or so, she found a carrier for my car and it was picked up shortly after that. Taylor checked in often to make sure the carrier was doing their job. Taylor contacted me again to make sure the vehicle arrived within the delivery time frame and even contacted me after the move. The driver had a few traffic delays, but overall this move was perfect and fast. The driver from the carrier company, Dennis, was very courteous and helpful. The car arrived in perfect condition. I will recommend Cascade to my friends!
