Larry,
We are sorry that your experience was not what you anticipated. Our company policy on price matching is that we would match your price for 3 days, which we told you all about. After those three days, we did start raising our price like we told you we would do. You placed with our company on the 8th of April, you had in the notes that your vehicle had to be picked up no later than the 23rd of April, we did have your vehicle picked up on the 22nd. Larry everytime you called in, we were more than happy to talk with you. We would have called you but you always called in, so unless we had a carrier assigned there was no reason to phone you since we had already spoken to you that day and told you we were still looking for a carrier.
We are sorry that you were disappointed, but you knew our company policy about price matching from the start, and the ultimate goal was to transport your vehicle which we did.
