I shipped my vehicle from Tennessee to California, and the service from Cascade, namely Taylor, who was my primary contact, and Kim, the secondary contact was excellent. The pricing was very good, and the scheduling of my pick up was quick. They were able to work together seamlessly when one was out of the office, and followed up regularly once the vehicle was picked up and enroute to be sure I had all of the information I needed. I had a delivery problem with the trucking company, Perry Morgan Trucking (and I would NEVER, NEVER use them again) and Taylor was able to resolve the problem with Mr. Morgan quickly and to my satisfaction. To anyone who reads this review: Never, NEVER pay the driver in advance!
