I am not new to transporting my vehicle but not a pro either- this is my SECOND experience. The first experience I was sort of blind going into it and really didn't understand the process. Although my vehicle arrived the first time, the company I used was NOT helpful. So, as I set out on my quest this time, I SHOPPED AROUND. I got a call immediately from TAYLER SULLIVAN who was great. Her calm demeanor and the lack of a HARD sale, impressed me. She was very up front and seemed honest but didn't promise the world, if that makes sense. I shopped around some more and got some great offers. I went back to Tayler because of the initial conversation we had. She also followed up with emails confirming everything we discussed and put it all in writing immediately. Even when I was quoted a different, lower price, she matched it and put it in writing immediately.
When she said the car could be picked up in about a day, I thought to myself "Right....ok" but in the back of my mind thought it would be a few days if not longer. It was ONE DAY later that my car was picked up!
When I had a question regarding the shipping company or the driver, Tayler immediately put me on a three-way call directly TO THE COMPANY that was picking up my vehicle. I didn't have to wait or ask or prompt. She just TOOK CARE OF BUSINESS IMMEDIATELY! Gotta love that.
Taking delivery of my car is a different story. Right now, I'm in the process of an insurance claim for oil stains on my rag top. Again, Tayler helped me in my pursuit of an insurance claim regarding this issue. I am NOT happy with Eduardo Trucking Company. Do not use them!
All in all, I would use Cascade Vehicle Shipping again as long as Tayler is there.
