I would like to personally thank everyone in the company that worked together to get my vehicle from Utah to Maryland. We originaly went with another company only to find out that they were using our time and money. We had been fighting them for over a month to get money back that they charged us wrongfully for. They promised to pick up our vehicle the 22nd of April 2009. The 22nd came and went and everyday that we waited, nothing happened. I went into labor 3 weeks early unexpected and so my husband and mother had to help out with getting the vehicle over to Maryland. My husband just got a new job and we were locating within days of this pickup. The company promised to have our vehicle picked up. By that weekend, 5 days later no response and no pickup happened. My mom called your company the day after I was realised from the hospital. That call took place the 23rd of April 2009. Michelle was the one to work with my mom, and did a fabulous job! She was very efficient, and was up front about cost and time frames. The total cost for our vehicle shipment was $920. Our order number was 580464. She worked her hardest to help us out. We were flying out in 2 days and wouldn't be around to see our vehicle off. She worked wonders and got our vehicle picked up the following monday the 27th of April 2009. They not only were well within their time frame, but Michelle endured many calls from both my mother and I and was very plesant to work with everytime. The car got to my husband in Maryland on saturday the 2nd of May 2009. We weren't expecting the car to get there until the 7th or 8th of May. It was a plesant surprise, because my husband had to get a rent a car to get to and from work, and this not only brought comfort that our car got there safe, clean, and undamaged, it saved us money on not having to rent a car longer than needed. It saved about $150!! So thank you again for all of your hard work and being so wonderful to work with. Michelle is worth keeping around, and shows all the qualities a company should have! Thank you for eliminating a lot of stress, and for helping us in our time of need. If we ever need your service again or know of anyone who does, we will always recommend you in the future.
