This was my first time using a vehicle transporting company and I am so glad I found Cascade! I was very impressed with the reviews so I decided to give them a try. I worked with Taylor and she was very knowledgeable, polite and was a pleasure to work with. She kept me informed every step of the way and never made me feel like I was a bother (although I felt like I was bugging her sometimes) :0) I would definitely recommend this company. To top things off my delivery was a day early which was ever better. I thought that was great considering it only took 2 days for me to receive my vehicle coming from Buffalo, NY to Raleigh, NC.
