We were more than satisfied with using Cascade for our transporting needs. I felt that they were honest and prompt with quotes and communications between their office and myself. My agents name was Tayler and I was informative and helpful when I spoke with her in the initial phone call when I was inquiring about possibly using them for transporting our vehicle from KS to NC. I had never had a vehicle transported, so the process was new to me. She walked me through everything and that is why we decided to go with Cascade to start with- and the quote that was given to us was in the price range we were looking for. And we were happy that the quote that was given was honored and that the trucking service who picked up our order did it for that quoted price. Our vehicle was late being picked but- but because of delays the driver faced on his route- not anything that Cascade had to do with- and Tayler was good about checking in with me/the driver to keep track of our order. Once the vehicle was picked up and en route to NC the driver faced an issue with their trailer and was hung up delaying the delivery due to repairs that were needed. It was frustrating to not have the vehicle get here at it's initially anticipated arrival date- But- having traveled plenty myself- things come up along the road- and again it was unfortunately out of the company's control. And I must say- from the beginning- you are made fully aware that the dates of pick ups and deliveries ARE ESTIMATES- to allow for such things to come up. So.. giving all that consideration and having that understanding- I felt that I got the best service from Cascade- and under the circumstances- the driving company too.. The driver of the truck was very personable and seemed like a good honest person- he was very apologetic about the delays. I felt that the representative, Tayler, that I worked with at Cascade- did a good job to keep track of my order, and followed through with everything she said she would. So I was very happy with their company and the job that was done to get my vehicle transported. If I need to do it again, I'll call Cascade.
