We were on our spring break family vacation (in our new car, driving from Arkansas to Florida) and were in an auto accident. Thankfully, no one was hurt, and the aftermath of dealing with the details on how to get our car home to be repaired was made so much easier because of the caring and attentive service we received from Michelle Henriksbo at Cascade Vehicle Shipping. She did an outstanding job from start to finish! She responded to my request for a shipping quote within minutes, and not only worked with me, but with the insurance company who was paying for the transport, which went above and beyond, in my opinion. Our vehicle was picked up right on time (on a Monday morning in Florida) and delivered to us in an amazing 2 1/2 DAYS (Wed evening in NW Arkansas) without a hitch...even our dealings with the driver of the transport carrier were great! Our thanks out goes to Michelle and Cascade for a job VERY well done!
