Excellent customer service. Michelle helped me through the whole process and kept me informed of all the changes and procedures. She gave me detailed information and was very patient with me as I was very nervous about sending me vehicle. I needed my vehicle delivered a few days earlier than what I had initially told her and she was able to find some one else for me within a few days. Michelle was very friendly and has great customer service skills. I would definitely recommend Cascade and expecially Michelle as your representative.
