I have a 2009 car and I was transporting for first time. I had to do lot of research and zeroed on some companies that I found here. I initially booked the shipping with a different company almost 15 days before my pickup plan date. I didnt even get pickup date even 10 days later. I could not take risk as I was moving.
I talked to cascade about my situation and I was given a pickup date immediately for pickup 3 days later. My car was picked up couple of days later for valid reasons. The driver was good and there was good response from cascade. To my surprise, my car was delivered in 4 days infact saving lot of rental money for me.
I will use cascade service again.
