This was the first time I ever shipped a vehicle so I was very unsure on how it was going to be or what to do. Cascade was very understanding and helpful. They answered all my questions and was available everytime I had a question. Michelle, always knew where my vehicle was and helped me through the entire shipment process.
The carrier was very professional and friendly too. He stayed in contact with me and delivered my truck at the exact time we agreed upon.
