I contacted Cascade Vehicle Shipping a few weeks before my move (Dec 2008) and spoke to Diane. She was very knowledgeable, professional and reassuring. I spoke to a couple of other transport companies and while they seemed alright I wasnt quite convinced. Based on the reviews that CSV got on this website and my ealier chat with Diane I decided to ship both my cars with them.
When I called her back two weeks before my move, she was just as patient and answered all my questions. The price had gone down because of lower fuel prices and she even agreed to try getting me a transport company to fit my budget - whch was a $100 lower than her quoted price - and which she was able to get for me.
All in all a very good experience with CSV and the transport company. One of my cars arrived more than a week later than expected while the other was only a couple of days late. But this was due to the snow storms in the Northeast and Midwest. The cars arrived in the same condition in which they were shipped and I would definitely ship with them again.
