Cascade had the best prices around compared to other carriers, but that is not why I decided to use Cascade. A cheap price is great, but when you get your car late, damaged, or they don't show up to pick your vehicle up the price really doesn't matter. I checked into Cascade's reputation all over the net and it was flawless. So not only did I have good piece of mind, I also had the best possible price to go with it.
Danielle was friendly and helpful. Probably one of the best customer service experiences I can remember. I was in the process of moving halfway across the United States with 2 brand new cars and was very stressed, but everything was handled professionally by Danielle and it was actually a painless process.
The transporter arrived early, and was friendly. He picked up our cars and it took about 3 1/2 days for the cars to arrive. The cars arrived earlier than expected which saved me money on car rental costs. No damage to the vehicles, just the usual bug splatter.
I would not hesitate to use Cascade again, Danielle was awesome to deal with and they exceeding my expectations.
