I am very satisfied with the service provided by Cascade Vehicle Transport. Kim was a very helpful and friendly representative. My 2007 Mustang arrived sooner than expected. I was disappinted with the amount of time between my initial contact with the company, and when the pick-up occurred. I was on a deadline, and it took nearly two weeks to find a truck. Kim did keep me informed throughout the process with calls and text messages. One other suggestion is to have the agent picking up the vehicle provide identification, a business card, and for Cascade to tell the customer who is to pick up the vehicle.
