This was the first time I have had a car transported anywhere. I had many quotes. Even though cascade shipping was not the cheapest quote I am a firm believer in getting what you pay for. I appriciated their promptnance in returning with a quote and also following with a phone call. The person I was dealing with was Lori and I really liked her profecionallism. She made me feel absolutly certain tha she understood of what I was looking for.She gave me a choice on trucking companies. The ones that best suited my schedule. she also kept me informed on the progress and the arrival of the car in Port Huron. The transport company that we used was Flexible Transport,LLC from Albany NY. The drivers name was Dimitri. He also called me often during the trip to keep me abreast of the progress. He adjusted his arrival time to coincide with my arrival in Port Huron for the car pick up,since the final destination of the car was Ontario in Canada. Word of advice for those who plan to import a car into Canada make sure to come through US customs between monday and thursday since this is the only time US custums does exports. I came through on a saturday evening. I got lucky since they were not very busy. The customs officer was very very nice. He still procceced my paper work and let me through.I want to thank Lori and Kim very much for all their help. All in all I will definitly use Cascade Auto Shipping again. Thank You. L.Ferreira
