Kimberly bid the lowest of 10 bids. The bid price was totally inclusive. She communicated well during the entire process. Her professionalism was apparent during the entire process. Kim contacted me when she found a transporter, told me when he would be at the site to get the vehicle, informed me that the vehicle had been retrieved, informed me of when I could expect delivery, and gave me the drivers cell phone number, and asked the driver to call me two hours before the vehicle arrived. The driver call 6 hours in advance and made arrangements for his overnight rest area in the vacinity. He was at the delivery point exactly on time. The driver communicated well on the expected type of payment in sufficient time to allow us to process the payment to his desire. Kim communicated well on the terms of payment and all timing and expectations.
