Overall, the ordeal was not bad. There were a few issues that I had a very big problem with and when I brought them up I have to admit, they were dealt with in a timely manner.
Firstly, there was a lot of miscommunication between Expert Express (further known as "shipper") and Cascade. The vehicle was supposed to be picked up on the 9th of October according to Cascade, however, the shipper insisted it was scheduled for the 11th. Also, when the vehicle was delivered the dispatch rep called and said I owed $850 to the driver regardless of the fact that I paid $215 for the deposit. That being said, once I brought this up to Cascade Brandy and Kim diligently worked with me to resolve the issue and offered to refund the difference.
Secondly, the shipper's dispatch was not exactly professional when speaking to me on the phone. The driver, however, was incredible! Other than his accent which I found difficult to understand at times, he was VERY professional and helpful. I could not get if his name was VJ or BJ, but if anyone gets him count yourself lucky, kudos to him!
In the end, if the communication issues never happened and I was called back when I was told I was going to be called back, Cascade would get 5/5 stars. The price was great, the turnaround was great, and the customer service was great. If something went wrong, they fixed it.
