When I called Brandi of Cascade the week before the Labor Day to have my car delivered from Harrisburg, PA to Sunnyvale, CA not before September 6, 2008 and not to be picked up during the Labor Day weekend, Brandi told me affirmatively, "I will see what I can do." Brandi called before the Labor Day weekend to confirm me that a truck driver would pick up my car on September 3, 2008. She told me that since the truck driver wanted $1,000 on delivery, she would charge me $185 plus tax.
Late on September 1, the truck driver called me to inform me that he planned to pick up my car on September 2 and would call me ahead of time. On September 2, t he truck driver called and told me that he was 70 miles away. The truck driver picked up my car and told me that he would have it delivered to my destination on September 8.
On September 8, the truck driver called to inform me that he would now deliver my car on September 9. He eventually deliver my car on September 9.
Overall, I am quite satisfied with the several discussions I had with Brandi regarding the price, her promised dates of pickup and delivery. In addition, the Brothers Motor truck driver was courtesy and professional.
