The order taking process was great. The follow up prior to pick up and during the process was perfect. The driver was on time and the pick up was professional. The driver kept us updated all the time and delivered the car as committed. The car was delivered properly without any issues. We have received a call from Novella at the end of the process to make sure all went well. Overall I would recommend anybody to use them.
