Novella at Cascade was awesome. She kept me informed and did her best to find me a carrier fast. She explained how everything works and did her best to keep meat a price I could afford. Communication was the key and Novella was the perfect person. I did have a problem with service however when Novella went on vacation and Kim became my contact person. Everything became stalled until I complained about the service. I had to keep calling to get updates on when I was getting a carrier when that was what cascade was supposed to be doing for me. After I had expressed my disappointment in the lack of comunication things changed. I would still use them again and ask for Novella.
