I can only speak on the excellent customer service that I received from one person with Cascade. Kimberly. Kimberly went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me after having a herrific experience with another shipping company. Although very costly, it was worth the wait because she got on top of things and got things taken care of for me immediately. I just love her!!!!! I referred both of my sisters to Cascade last month and they were just a happy as I was with the service. I cant express the gratitude that I hold in my heart for Kim. She's like family now. Thanks Kim...YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!
