First pickup time canceled by ME when the car broke down. Ashley and Cascade were bend over backwards helpfull. I called them the following Firday and told them it was ready for pickup. Ashley called me back in about 30 minutes and the car was picked up before the end of the day. The pickup was difficult since the car was located on an island off the coast of Washington State but Cascade and Ashley got it done in less that 6 hours of notification of the car being ready for pickup.

Once the car was on the transport it was due in Virginia on one date but the driveer called two days out and said that he would be coming in early and made every effort to work within my time frame of drop off. The driver was vary nice and helpful and called again when he was 30 minutes out from my drop off point. After me went over his pickup slip and got his cash we shook hands and he was off. THIS WHOLE PROCESS WAS A BREEZE AND THAT WAS A RELEIF SINCE I WAS WORRIED ABOUT THIS WHOLE PROCESS.

I WOULD USE CASACDE AGAIN AND WILL WHEN I BUY MY NEXT CLASSIC CAR.
