Pickup and delivery dates are contingent upon carrier availability and season. All dates and times given are an approximation. We cannot guarantee exact dates or times of when the vehicle will be picked up or delivered. Carriers may be subject to delays. Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc. will not be held responsible for any expense related to a delay (car rental fees, storage fees, accommodation fees, etc.) It is ultimately up to the truck driver as to when they will deliver. They run into delays everyday. He was delayed less than 24 hours which is pretty inpressive for a truck driver, expecially because communication from a truck driver is rare. You had a very upfront truck driver. As for the communication from the staff, they kept you well informed of the situaion. As of Friday when we left the office we were also under the impression that the delivery would be Friday, but instead it was Saturday Morning.
