My experience with Cascade was good; the individuals I dealt with were polite and knowledgeable. The actual shipping company (Valdes and Galo) that picked up the car was below average. They did not meet their original pick-up date and could not pick up the car up until six days later. There was some type of miscommunication, if my schedule had not been flexible this might had been an issue. In all fairness Cascade did offer to find another shipper, but I opted to stay with the original one. Brandi and Novellaf both kept in contact with me until the job was complete. I would deal with Cascade again, but inquiry (Google) more about the actual shipper.
