My vehicle was delivered mostly intact (the only damage was to the windshield wiper).
The delivery was 2 days earlier than the estimated timeframe, which to most might not be an issue, but I had to fly to the state to pick up my car. As a result of the early delivery, my vehicle was held overnight at a storage facility, for which I was charged $70. I believe that Cascade should have negotiated with the carrier to pay this amount for me. I understand that the shipping time is an estimate, but the rep at Cascade did not tell me that early arrival was a possibility (only late), and that such a fee would be charged. When I contacted them about this, their response was apologetic but evasive, and they did not make any offer to resolve this outstanding charge satisfactorily. That, to me, is not good customer service.
I also chose not to further pursue the matter of the windshield wiper since the item is so inexpensive. However, on this matter also, I encountered a frustrating amount of refusal to accept responsibility on the parts of Cascade, the carrier, and the storage facility. I understand that having so many parties involved makes things complicated, so maybe a better system should be developed to address these types of issues. In the meantime, if I have to ship my car again, I'll probably try another company.
