I contacted Kim at Cascade to arrange for my car to be shipped as I was in the process of getting ready to move out of state. Kim was great; very patient and understanding about all of my concerns. The pickup was on time, the driver (Richard with Kiwi's Karriers) was in excellent communication, the delivery went very smoothly, and my car arrived damage free! I could not have asked for better customer service or a more worry-free experience. Without a doubt, I would recommend Cascade to anyone who needs to transport a vehicle.
