Everything perfect, on time, great communication. Kim was in contact with me several times before teh car was picked up, once while the car was in transit, and after the fact, to make sure everything was okay. I had a specific time that I need the car, and that was no problem with them. If the need arises again to transport a car, I won't waste my time comparing companies.... Cascade was priced as low as any of the others.
