We were very pleased with the continual phone and email contact and information we received from Cascade Shipping. Brandi was our primary contact and Novela also did help us. The staff at Cascade was very helpful in assuring us that a truck would be assinged and that they were confident that the dates of pick up and delivery would be met. Since we were going to a remote part of Vermont, it seemed that no transporter was willing to pick up our order. We were getting worried. Coming to the end of our dead line before we moved out to Vermont, Brandi worked very hard to find a driver to get our car as close as possible. We had a pick up and delivery time of 06/10/2008 - 06/22/2008. Brandi was able to go the extra steps to FIND a trasporter to get us within 100 miles of our remote location. The car was picked on 06/12 and delivered to a town in NH (right next to VT) on 06/21 which was about 100 miles away. We were very pleased to have this extra effort from Brandi. All this was very stressful to us since we were leaving one state to go to another and the Dates were firm. Brandi was confident and kept assuring us that the pick up and delervery would be within the date span that we required and we thank her for the special treatment that she gave to us. Our origianl order price from WA to VT was $1,060, after the trasporter confirmed to drop off in NH, the price was lowered to $960.00. If we move back to the west coast, we would use Cascade again. Only one improvement that I can think of would be a 24/7 phone contact. I give 5 star rating.
