From the moment I talked to her, till the moment that my car was delivered, I experienced amazing service from Nancy! I called in and she explained the entire process to me of how it works transporting cars. The price that she quoted me was not the lowest price, but she explained why it wasn't the lowest and was very honest about everything. My car was picked up on time, and delivered when she said it would be. If I need to ship a car in the future I won't hesitate to call her back!
