After a week of being jerked around by another broker ( exceptional car transport) for week with not a single phone call or email returned, I contacted Malia McClain at Cascade Vehicle Shipping 360 853 2896 ext 7021. In less than 24 hours my car was on a truck in Texas headed to Idaho and arrived 3 days later. I was kept up to date thru out the entire process by both Cascade and the trucking co. (NW Express) and their Driver Russ who delivered my car to my house. should I ever need to ship a car again Malia will be my first call. She took the time to educate me about how the system works with brokers and truckers and shippers. GOOD JOB everyone and thanks.
