I was bombarded with email offers from people to arrange to move my car. I chose Cascade, because it appeared to provide the most believable details about what goes on behind the curtain. Even though it was a higher quote, I felt like trust was worth the price difference, Malia ended up getting the car moved for $65 less than the quote. Tell me anyone else is going to give you money back. So for Cost, Trust and Transparency (honesty you can see) 5 stars. Service: I never waited a long time on hold, every email and phone call was returned quickly, I got a couple of phone calls to be sure things were on schedule (and I did NOT get a whole bunch of emails, appearing to be slightly different senders, in order to get the order). So for Followthrough, accuracy, responsiveness, 5 stars. Finally, the actual service. The driver was very experienced, he checked in advance that the streets in my neighborhood would not support his turning radius. So he called me, and I drove the car out to where he had parked, he drove me back to my house, and returned to the carrier to load it up. I asked for the latest possible pick up time, and he gave it to me. After he loaded, he had 4 hours to drive, to get to bed at midnight and start the next day. (note: I drove back in my other car to watch him load it, without a hitch). and you ask, did someone offer me an incentive to complete this review. I will probably never ship a car again, my opinion is not for sale, I have nothing to gain. I have nothing to compare it to, but I went with them because I thought they would be honest, and reliable, and take care of my car. That is exactly what I got.
cost, dependable, transparency, followthrough, carrier incentive?
