Cascade worked out great for me. Brandi was my rep and she was excellent at explaining the process and following up to ensure that everything was moving along on schedule.
This was the first time that I shipped a car, and I was a little nervous about it. Initially, I found the names of transport companies in the local yellow pages and then researched them online. One company had over 300 complaints against it with the Better Business Bureau; it was a bit scary.
