This was our first auto shipping experience and Cascade was very helpful in getting us thru the process without any significant problems. We needed the car held for a few days in Washington before we were available to have it delivered and Cascade was able to arrange that without any problem. The only problem was the driver not getting to us on the pickup date and picking up the car the following day.

MALIA 360-853-2806 - 5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH CASCADE!! Larry, thank you so much for the great review and I am happy that your first experience was a good one. As far as the carrier being one day behind schedule, its very common due to the nature of the industry and especially with all of the other pickups and deliveries he has. Thanks again.
