Brandi was fantastic! I was stranded with a new vehicle I just purchased. Staying in hotel
needing car shipped to texas IMMEDIATELY. Brandi called me within the hour and had
a driver in Tampa and who would be at my hotel in about 30 minutes to make sure he
could transport car. Another shipping company had promised to pick vehicle up and
called back 30 minutes later stating their driver decided, after they had charged my
credit card $275.00, that their driver could not take the vehicle as he could not carry over
16 foot. I had already advised the carrier it was 17 and half foot long previously (:

Wayne arrived about 30 minutes later, loaded car on the spot that evening and advised
he would deliver it Wednesday before noon to my home. Keep in mind this is about 7:00p.m.Monday night. Wednesday morning driver called and advised he would be at
my home in an hour! HE WAS!

Although the cost was about $400.00 more than the other carrier I was more than pleased
to pay additional costs! Brandi was great to work with, did an outstanding job and is
a wonderful and valuable asset to the company!

Brandi 360-853-2848: Jerry, I must say finding a carrier on such short notice was not easy. I treat customers the way I would want to be treated in a time of need.
