I first contacted Cascade after I cancelled with another company which never moved my car. However, Cascade never got the chance to move my car either. I was in a troubled state, Arizona, and it was just really difficult. But I wanted to commend Novella at Cascade for her constant communication. Via phone or email it was made when promised. She worked with me in every way that she could think of - all to no avail. I only cancelled with Cascade after I found another carrier and my car was on its way. I can only hope that I have no problems. Truthfully having a car transported is a nightmare and I hope I never have to do it again, but if I do, I will give Cascade another chance.
