Sandra was very prompt and responsive. She was the only one that went into detail of what it entailed without being prompted. Once we agreed to do it, the car was quickly assigned a carrier and picked up. This was a smooth transaction without any problems. I'd definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who asks.
