This was my second time using Cascade. They are very reliable and transparent. I knew the drill having gone through it once before, but Damon was great. He was quick about finding a carrier, and he came in right under the quote.

The carrier that they selected, Xpress Auto (out of Gardena, CA), was also top notch. They picked up in VA (note: DC is a difficult city to get trucks in/out of, so you have to meet them in VA; no big deal), we flew out to CA, and they delivered the car to us at the airport, in the same condition we left it, so we had our car there and then.

It seems like a big deal to move a car cross country, but with the help of these folks, it was all pretty easy and seamless.

DAMON LUCKEY (360) 853-2807. damon@cascadevehicleshipping.com. Roy, The review that you have left was great. Thank you! I appreciate you coming back and working with us again as a repeat customer. Yes some routes are quite difficult, and that is one thing that people do not understand about this industry. This business is not as easy as it seems, and shipping a vehicle along certain routes can be very difficult, even for agents that have been in the industry for a long time. The key is to make it seem as if every order is routine, and to hopefully not let the difficulty show.
