Overall, EXCELLENT service! Novella was knowledgable and kept me in the loop at all times. David, the driver, came through on all commitments, was extremely nice and cooperative, and also kept me in the loop about everything. The truck had minor damage on the roof rack, but they called me immediately after it happened and compensated me more than the actual repair! The truck is a little dirty, but that's what you expect when you choose open carriers. However, from pick-up to delviery it only took 5 days, which is a full week less than most other people quoted. I will use Cascade for all of my vehicle shipping needs in the future!
