Worst customer service ever. No Joke Rebeca lied to me and yelled at me complained about the previous bad review.
The Quote was for 640.00 not 740.00
It was to be billed as a pre-paid in full with a corporate credit card. That was not done.
The driver demanded full payment of 600.00 at pickup and then at delivery.
No contact in advance of pickup.
The driver arrive in Atl. and told our person there that he could not drive anymore and was returning to Los Angeles in the morning and if she wanted the car she had to drive 1 hour to pick the car up. Then she had to drive 1 hour back.
What a joke.

The BRIGHT SIDE of this story I reached out to Novie and she processed the refund the same day and Called to say it was done.
Danielle in Accounting sent the refund and I was not over charged.

As for the Transport (not the broker) they left the car in Atlanta not Lafayette with out the payment I delivered a cashier check for the balance

Tony...As a company we take pride in customer service. We are not perfect, however, Novia...our Customer Service Manager, that you speak very highly of in your review, provided exemplary service...according to your own words. Rebecca was the original Agent who booked your order and turned it over to Customer Service to provide all the details, follow up, etc., for your transport. We did make a math error when entering the total cost of your transport. You brought that to our attention and I immediately approved those funds to be refunded to your account. Immediately means within 2 hours of this being brought to our attention, you received those funds. Our driver contacted you prior to pickup with the time parameters and on the delivery side as well.
