Kate at Cascade communicated very well with me and I appreciate that. For me, clear communication that keeps me informed of what is going on and where we are at is very important.

The first transport company that Cascade found tried to bully me into having my 80 year old father get up at some early hour to meet them with my car. I refused and Cascade stood behind me and found me another truck. Thank you!

All went according to plan and on time so that was great. I would use Cascade again because of this.

One point I should mention that I don't blame Cascade for. My car arrived incredibly filthy. I can't even figure out how it could get that dirty. The engine compartment had a ton of gravel in it. 4 car washes to get it clean. Well, the lesson is, pay to have the car covered during transport. No car should be risked like mine was. As I said, I don't blame Cascade and most people are going to want the lowest price so they may have to give people what they want but I recommend covering your car.
