I was impressed with the over all handling of the transport from start to finish. I was informed of all the events that would take place, from pickup to delivery. I was contacted to let me know of the status for pickup at the origin almost on a daily basis until a carrier was secured. Kayla was my contact person, but all involved were very courteous and prompt. The carriercalled me ahead as promised and was very easy to work with upon delevery. I felt the price was fair and in line with what other companies are charging, if anything, slightly less. The explanation for the whole process by the transport company was very thorough and complete. The condition of the car upon delivery was excellent, it was clean inside and out. The delivery driver was careful in the unloading process and helpful in the examination of the vehicle to make sure that I was satisfied with the paperwork that showed any scratches, etc., that were noted on pickup, before I signed off and paid him. He was nice and easy to work with, overall a very enjoyable experience especially in a rainy condition while unloading and he didn't act frustrated, but rather pleasant about the situation. Actually, I was very impressed with the ease at which this whole process took place and am happy about the overall result.
