I needed a transport from Wilmington, DE to Seattle, WA. Kathryne was my salesperson and Courtney was my customer service rep. I needed the car to be picked up between Friday and Monday, since I was going to be flying to Seattle on Wednesday. I was freaking out by Sunday when I did not receive a call scheduling the pickup yet. On Monday, Rebecca also helped to get a carrier for my vehicle. It was finally picked up on Tuesday without any worries. The driver called me Monday night to meet me on Tuesday morning. He then called on Friday night letting me know that he would be able to deliver the vehicle on Saturday. Early delivery! All in all, I was worried about getting the car picked up, but Kathryne, Rebecca, and Courtney did their best to find me carrier at a reasonable cost.
