My overall experience with Cascade Vehicle Shipping was very positive. Malia was very responsive to all of my calls as was her assistant Danielle. Malia was quick to get back to me with a shipper at the cost she quoted. Due to a change in plans I had to revise the pick up date to a few days later and Malia was very professional and had another shipper for me the next day, again for the cost she initially quoted.
When the car was not delivered and I had not heard from the driver Malia and Danielle contacted the shipper's dispatcher and got back to me promptly with an update on when I could expect delievery.
Cascade Vehicle Shipping and specifically Malia gets a 5 star rating. The shipper due to their lack of responsiveness both on pick up and delivery gets a 0 star rating.

MALIA MCCLAIN 360-853-2806- Ray! Thank you so much for the WONDERFUL 5 STAR review! You were such a pleasure to work with! I am sorry for the few hiccups in the carrier not returning calls and being kind of late. Weather is out of ones control but they should have kept in better contact. I am so happy that you felt we had great customer service as we strive to provide to everyone of our customers!
