I had used Cascade Vehicle shipping once before and had a great experience.

Unfortunately, this time I did not. I requested a quote over a month in advance, and told the representative I was working with that I had a pretty tight, 2-day, time window within which I needed the car to be picked up. They assured me they would find a carrier for this time window, as they had a lot of time to do it. They said they would be in touch with me weekly to update me on what carrier options they had found for my car.

They did not follow through on any of these promises. They did not check-in with me on a regular basis at all. They in the last minute told me that there is a chance they will have trouble finding a carrier in the time window I specified. In the end, they were unable to find a carrier for the time I requested. I was leaving town after the time window I specified came to a close, so I had to scramble to find a family friend in the town I was in (which wasn't my hometown, so I didn't know many people), who could take responsibility for handing off the car after I was gone (this was a VERY big favor to ask). The carrier picked the car up 5 days after the date I had requested. It was unclear until the last minute exactly when the car would be picked up.

I had a very bad experience, so I would caution people about using Cascade Vehicle Shipping.
